What can local AI do for a player?

A useful starting point is reorganizing a short text you already trust. In a compatible WebAI tool you can ask for a practice checklist, separate confirmed changes from questions, or build a self-test. The model is not automatically reading the latest patch notes or watching your match. Supply the relevant excerpt yourself and keep its date, platform and version visible.

WebAI is an early preview. Opera’s press release says Opera One first, with GX and Neon to follow; its blog describes a preview across all three. Check the WebAI setting and the official playground in your own GX version before relying on it. The steps below apply only when your browser reports support.

This is a source-based guide with suggested exercises, not a hands-on benchmark. Diagrams show our workflow, not screenshots of the browser.

Prepare a source before writing the prompt

  1. Pick one question: for example, what to practice in the next session. Avoid asking for an entire game strategy and troubleshooting guide in one response.
  2. Open an official guide or a documented Favorite Games article. Check that it concerns your game, platform and current rules. Use only the short passage needed for the task.
  3. In Opera’s Prompt API playground, check support and start a new conversation. Paste the selected text as source material, followed by your instruction. Do not include account details or private team chat.
  4. Request a small output with a clear limit: three bullets, two columns or three questions. Tell the model to mark missing information rather than filling it in.
  5. Compare each output item with the source. Keep useful wording, correct omissions and discard unsupported numbers. Save the source link with your notes so you can revisit it after an update.

Five original prompt templates

  • Practice plan: “Using only SOURCE below, write three things I can practice in my next session. For each, identify the supporting sentence. If the source gives no action, say so.”
  • Patch notes: “Split SOURCE into confirmed changes and things it does not explain. Preserve all numbers and conditions exactly. Do not predict the new best strategy.”
  • Self-test: “Make three questions whose answers appear in SOURCE. Put the answer key after all questions and include the supporting sentence for each answer.”
  • Comparison: “Compare only the two options described in SOURCE under cost, prerequisites and limitations. Put ‘not stated’ in any missing cell.”
  • Glossary: “Explain these five terms using SOURCE. Keep the original in-game names next to the explanation. Flag any term the source does not define.”

Example: an Enlisted practice card

Take a short passage about squad positioning from the linked Enlisted tactics guide. Ask for one observation before moving, one action during the move and one question to review afterwards. Then check that all three reflect the passage. If the model invents a rally-point distance or cooldown not present in the text, remove it. A concise card can make the next session more focused; it cannot promise wins or replace checking the current game rules.

Source → prompt → verification → practice1234
A suggested learning process, not an automatic game coach.
  1. Choose a dated source.
  2. Ask one constrained question.
  3. Verify every claimed fact.
  4. Try one action and write your observation.

Keep the exercise useful

Do not measure success by how confident the answer sounds. Count whether the requested items are present, traceable and usable. If a long article produces vague notes, narrow it to one section before changing models. For your own learning, answer the quiz before reading its key. An answer found in an old article can still be outdated, so verification has two stages: matching the source and checking whether the source remains current.

Can WebAI find current bonus codes automatically?

Do not assume it has live browsing or a verified code database. Use the publisher’s current reward page and check dates and eligibility.

Will these prompts improve FPS?

No. They are reading and planning exercises, not performance optimizations or gameplay automation.
